Working Together For Better Health
CCWC and the Packard Health Clinic are working together to provide a variety of primary care services to both CCWC clients and to the general public. Through the clinic's branch office housed at our main building (4925 Packard Road, Ann Arbor), nurse practitioner Katherine Hoffman provides physicals, chronic disease management, pelvic exams & pap smears, and acute treatments for patients of all ages.
The clinic is open on Wednesdays 2:30 PM-6:00 PM
