Catholic Charities Washtenaw specializes in providing Alternatives to Domestic Aggression (ADA) and Anger Management (AM) groups All services offered are non-denominational.

Alternatives to Domestic Aggression (ADA)

The purpose of ADA is to stop domestic violence by working directly with abusers in an intensive educational arena. Participants learn to confront the beliefs supporting their abusive behavior and develop positive alternatives. Tuition is charged on a sliding scale.

Alternatives to Domestic Aggression is a 26-week program to help both men and women learn healthier strategies for coping. Call (734) 971-9781 ext. 655 for more information.

Anger Management

Anger Management is a 12-week-long program aimed at teaching participants tools to effectively regulate their emotions. Participants are required to complete their assignments and presentations each week as outlined in the course workbook.
